  • "Dr. Kim & Staff: I can't thank you enough for your help with my son who has suffered from migraine like headaches for the last 6 years. Before seeing you for adjustments and massage therapy he would get at least 2 headaches per week and the were very severe! You have basically given him back his life to be able to function everyday and enjoy sports, school, friends, and family. Thank you from my heart and soul!"

  • "Before I became a patient of Dr. Kim's I suffered from constant back pain. I rarely made it through my work day without having to rely on aspirin and using a heating pad. Ever since I began seeing Dr. Kim on a regular basis my back has caused me minimal discomfort. Not only has my back pain decreased, bu I also have relief from leg pains and headaches. Dr. Kim taught me things I could do everyday to help improve the condition of my back, including the proper ways to sit, stand, and exercise. I never realized I was causing some of the pain I was suffering from. I am extremely glad someone referred me to Dr. Kim and I in turn will refer her to anyone I know that is suffering from back pain and injury like I was."

  • "Dear Dr. DiCesare: I thought that you and your staff would like to know what a difference you have made in my life. I have experienced a definite change through your Chiropractic care. Over the past few years I have been having trouble with my lower back and my neck, I knew that spending many hours at my desk and at the computer wasn't good for me but I thought I was I would have to deal with it. Throughout the day my neck would ache and I was having trouble sleeping too. I was really impressed with the time you spent explaining the results of my first exam x-rays, and how you explained the plan of how we were going to "fix" my problem areas. Over the past few weeks I have been sleeping better and throughout the day-pain free!! Also, with the information you have provided about my spine and my posture you have taught me ways that I can effectively stay at my computer longer. Thank you so much for helping me...I hope I can recommend you to other people who need Chiropractic care!"

  • An Apple a Day . . .

What is so good about an apple? Is it the color, ranging from ruby red to pale pink? Is it the crunch? The sweetness? Or is it, instead, a combination of all of these qualities, plus the natural goodness derived from the apple's secret ingredients — phytonutrients? If this were a multiple choice quiz, the answer would be "all of the above". Importantly, in addition to possessing numerous appealing physical qualities, apples contain an abundance of health-promoting biochemicals known as phytonutrients.1,2 These specific organic molecules are derived not only from apples but many other fresh fruits and vegetables, and help power the immune system, protect against cancer, maintain healthy eyes, and assist cells in clearing out metabolic waste products such as free radicals. ...
